Live intervened on the FIR training stuff by granting me another job on getting processor settings for 5 different speaker models from 2 or 3 different manufacturers.

The first is a 15″ coaxial stage wedge/little Mid-High top (for smaller jobs).

I knew this one would be interesting since i already encountered this model before. I remember reversing polarity on the high driver the last time to get a better magnitude respons out of it. It’s a passive filtered 2 way wedge so it runs on 1 amp channel.

This meant i had to capture some new data for this part. I got the mic approximately at the same position but not the same so i took new data for the FIR files.

I started working on a couple of files explaining A way of working with Smaart V8 and FIR designer M.
