So lately I’ve gotten involved with a group of technicians here in the Netherlands called United Tecknowledgy . The following screen shots from the SIM3 measurement monster are from a “proof of concept” loudspeaker cabinet which has 12 low drivers 12 mid drivers and 4 coaxial mid high – high drivers . I call this THE BIG BOY (and big it is:-) .

All (low low-mid high-mid high) and all bands reversed in polarity (to get the ir going up) summed . This is after using a few all-pass filters to correct the phase of individual drivers in there pass-bands as described in earlier posts at this blog .

Some responses were not saved BY ME which happens to me about each time i do a measurement i’m sorry to say 😦 .

High’s no phase correction vs high’s phase corrected .

High filtered High set back from 1ms to 0.964ms ap2 13k5

Zoom @ the x-over between the sub and low drivers response . There are a “few” challenges left at this point .
